Provide full
accounting and financial functions including: budgeting,
purchasing, cash management, audit preparation and
financial reporting
Provide full human
resource services including: benefits and salary
administration, compliance with local, state and federal
laws concerning employees, professional development, and
personnel policies
Coordinate and
manage technology support services including: web site
development and administration, computer and software
requirements as needed, and consulting services in the
area of the use and integration of technology
Obtain and manage
appropriate and adequate insurance coverage including:
property, general liability, workers compensation, and
educators liability
Formulate and
maintain an effective program of public relations
Formulate and
maintain an effective program of government
relations
Prepare and
provide current literature and materials about the
foundation and its schools
Coordinate and
manage all legal counsel and services as
needed
Coordinate and
manage facilities needs and requirements
Develop and
implement policies and procedures for the systematic
operation of the foundation and the schools under its
management
Provide leadership
and management of the schools including: board
development and training, board orientation and
participation
Coordinate and
manage curriculum development and
implementation
Coordinate and
monitor special education needs
Facilitate
collaborative initiatives between education, welfare,
judicial, private foundations and faith-based
organizations to provide holistic approach to youth and
family services
Identify and seek
external funding opportunities
