PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF NONDISCRIMINATION...August 10,2000 PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF NONDISCRIMINATION IN CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION PROGRAMS Honors Academy offers career and technology education programs in Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Hurst-Euless-Bedford, Irving, Kaufman, and Killeen. Admission to these programs is based on interest and aptitude, age appropriateness, and available class space. It is the policy of Honors Academy not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or handicap in its vocational programs, as amended; Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
